Dr. Richard Harvey
Dr. Harvey is known for delivering exceptional dental care with a calm, compassionate approach that puts patients instantly at ease. With decades of experience and a deep commitment to excellence, he has helped countless patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles. His journey into dentistry began during college, when he realized he wanted a career that would make a meaningful impact. As he puts it, “I wanted a career that provided opportunities to make a positive impact. I fell in love with the profession.” That passion continues to shape every patient interaction today. Dr. Harvey attended Utah State University and later received a prestigious Health Professions Scholarship from the U.S. Navy, reflecting both his dedication and academic excellence. Since becoming the owner of Summit Family Dentistry in 2009, he has built a practice rooted in trust, relationships, and high-quality care.

Dr. Harvey believes great dentistry starts with relationships. He takes the time to truly understand each patient’s needs, clearly explains options, and delivers care with precision and integrity.

Outside the office, Dr. Harvey is a devoted husband to his wife, Crista, and a proud father of four. His family shares his passion for service—his older children have even joined him on dental humanitarian missions to Central and South America. When he’s not caring for patients, you might find him playing the piano or trumpet, or enjoying sports.

Dr. Morgan Yoxall
A native of Colorado and an alumna of Dakota Ridge High School, Dr. Morgan Yoxall was motivated to enter the dental profession after witnessing how high-quality oral healthcare can transform lives within her community.
She earned her undergraduate degrees in physiology and biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder before attending the prestigious Midwestern University in Arizona, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Yoxall’s academic excellence earned her induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, a distinction given to the top 12% of graduates for their professional potential and scholarship.
Dr. Yoxall is dedicated to all areas of general dentistry and strives to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for every patient. Since 2024, she has been honored as a Top Dentist by 5280 Magazine, a testament to her compassionate and soothing bedside manner. To ensure she remains at the leading edge of dental care, she has obtained advanced certifications in Invisalign therapy, sedation dentistry, and AAFE facial esthetics and TMJ treatments. Beyond the office, she volunteers her expertise internationally, having participated in dental humanitarian missions to Kenya and Guam.
“I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this community and to provide care for so many wonderful families,” she reflects.
When she is not at the office, Dr. Yoxall embraces the Colorado outdoors with her husband, Andre. An enthusiastic runner and hiker, she is frequently joined on her adventures by her cat and their high-energy dogs.
Dr. Amanda Miller
A native of Colorado originally from Parker, Dr. Amanda Miller developed an early passion for dentistry through the influence of a family friend. She was drawn to the profession’s blend of health and artistry, as well as the chance to improve lives by enhancing smiles.
Dr. Miller earned her biology degree from Metropolitan State University before receiving the prestigious U.S. Army Health Profession Scholarship. She completed her dental education at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and spent the first four years of her career serving active-duty military members and their families in Baumholder, Germany. During Operation Enduring Freedom, she also served as an Army Dental Officer in Afghanistan. After her military service, she pursued additional training and expertise in Germany before returning to her home state of Colorado.
Known for her technical precision and warm, honest bedside manner, Dr. Miller is a favorite among her patients. She is recognized for providing high-quality dental care with a calm, compassionate demeanor that immediately puts others at ease. As an expert in the biological conditions of the mouth, she is committed to excellence, helping numerous patients achieve healthier and more confident smiles.
Dr. Miller is smart, witty, and always ready with a smile. She values the unique nature of every individual she treats, noting, “What I love about dentistry is tailoring our care to what is important to each person.”
Life Beyond the Office
When she isn’t in the clinic, Dr. Miller enjoys exploring Colorado’s natural beauty, keeping up with her children’s activities, or practicing her German language skills.
Dr. Eugenio Montecinos
With over two decades of experience, Dr. Eugenio “Gene” Montecinos is dedicated to providing superior dental care. His professional journey began in Santiago, Chile, where his desire to help others led him to the prestigious Universidad Mayor. He earned his Dental Surgeon degree in 2003 and subsequently completed a specialty degree in Endodontics in 2006. Passionate about sharing his knowledge with other dental practitioners, he served as a professor of endodontics at both Universidad Mayor and Universidad Del Desarrollo for four years.
Upon relocating to Colorado with his family, Dr. Montecinos continued his pursuit of academic excellence and community service. He successfully completed the rigorous international student program at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Dental Medicine, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 2017.
Dr. Montecinos is highly regarded by patients for his deep clinical expertise, yet he maintains a warm, relatable, and affectionate bedside manner. Known among colleagues for his infectious positivity and lighthearted sense of humor, he creates an uplifting environment for both staff and patients. As an active member of the American Dental Association, he is a strong advocate for preventative care and patient empowerment, focusing on education and compassionate service.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Montecinos is a dedicated family man who cherishes time with his wife and their two talented children. He is also a passionate athlete and a member of a competitive cycling team, training throughout the year. His other interests include following Formula One racing, hiking through Colorado’s landscapes, and reading novels.
